I know that you should limit the the amount of snacks and surgary drinks you have. I want to know if it is okay to have 45 minutes of excersize per day.
If I would try to be healthy,I would limit my amount of junkfood that I eat , I would workout more , and eat more healthy foods like fruits , or vegetables.

What i know about being healthy is you should eat friut and vegtables and meat ,but have 1 portion of meat each meal a day .Many people think you should not eat before bed but you can ,if you eat the right kinds of foods .You should have a certain amount of servings per food group . With all these things you should have at least an hour or more of working out . You should do all these things each day.
